Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:
- Answering phones, greeting clients and guests.
- Clerical duties utilizing Word and Excel, and miscellaneous clerical tasks.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized as we are a busy office and must be able to follow the systems that are in place.
Qualifications for Executive Assistant
- Mature, stable, responsible, personable front desk person who has good communication skills.
- Well developed organizational/planning skills
- Must be able to take responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with employees at all levels of the company
- Must be detail oriented and well organized as we are a busy office and must be able to follow the systems that are in place.
- At least six months Executive Assistant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
