Due to a internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to our CEO. In this role, you will collaborate, engage and manage numerous senior stakeholders both locally and across the Pernod Ricard Group globally. Using your exceptional organisational, communication and problem solving skills, you support and enable our CEO be the best she can be.
What's involved?
- Organise and schedule for the CEO travel, meetings, conferences and events
- Track the CEOs’ diary on a daily basis and ensure he/she is prepared for all meetings
- Act as a first point-of-contact for the CEO for all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships in confidence on behalf of the CEO and Leadership Team including key stakeholders in other affiliates, staff and external parties
- Create presentations and reports as required for the CEO to a very high standard.
- Manage T&E Expense Claims and manage purchase orders as required
- General support and assistance required by the CEO
- Partner with other PAs across the business to ensure back-up support is available during peak periods / periods of leave.
What we are looking for?
- Experienced EA at `C-Suite' level and comfortable managing multiple calendars and priorities while ensuring all requirements are met for the CEO
- Minimum 8 years experience at senior EA/PA level (supporting Director/CEO level)
- Ideally working in global organisation with experience of working across multiple market.
- Self starter with ability to identify core issues and prioritise them accordingly
- Excellent organiser with strong attention to detail and focused on delivering against key deadlines
- Clear communication and influencing skills – oral and written
- Strong IT skills – including proficiency in all MS office applications
