About us

This is a three-year old sole proprietorship that has grown too big to manage alone. It is a busy and thriving coaching practice with a long "to-do" list, but the work is meaningful and the vibe is cheerful. Looking for someone who is extremely organized, disciplined, and professional.

In search of an executive assistant who can help with project management, scheduling, calendaring, filing systems, email,...the works. Looking for someone veteran to "right the ship" by creating office and administrative systems that I can manage myself or later hire someone less senior to run.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Francisco, CA 94121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
