Facilities Assistant

Cadent Sourcing is partnering with one of Ireland’s leading Facilities Management companies.

We are seeking a Facilities Assistantfor one of their large multinational clients, based in the IFSC in Dublin 1.

The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join a growing FM company, that is highly focused on their staff. It also gives the opportunity to work on site with one of the world’s most well know brands.

The Facilities Assistant will have 1-3 years experience in a soft services facilities assistant, facilities support or porter position.

Required:

• 1-3 years experience in a soft services facilities assistant, facilities support or porter role.
• Experience in a large corporate office building.
• Soft Services Facilities experience.
• Excellent client relationship skills .
• Strengths in organisation and administration, eg timsheets, and proficiency in MC Word and Excel.

The Role:

• Ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of the offices.
• Office and meeting room set up, desk relocation, and equipment management.
• Ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is adhered to fully.
• Report issues following identification, either through calls or through regular floor walks and tests.
• Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner by a qualified individual.
• Liaise with the client and their staff in a courteous and professional manner at all time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
