Hiring Now! Sodexo is currently seeking full-time HVAC Technicians to maintain and support the facilities operations at a consumer goods manufacturing site in St. Peters, MO.

The HVAC Service Technician will provide HVAC services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs, installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment. Duties may include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring HVAC systems and operations, ensuring that routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules and standards.
• Checking, repairing and/or replacing valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system.
• Responding to customer hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Documenting all work in the CMMS system

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate MUST have at least 2 or more years of HVAC/R experience in a commercial or industrial facility. Experience working in a manufacturing or production facilities environment is highly preferred.
• Candidate must have current HVAC Certification and/or EPA Certification in compliance with St Charles County Requirements
• Computer proficiency, Basic knowledge of various computers systems and applications provided by and supported by client for use in the department (Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CMMS systems).
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, self-manage daily workload and other assignments or projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand the impact of tasks being performed to customer. Must be reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
