An established company within the Professional Services sector are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. This will be a hybrid position with both office and remote working.
Role:
- Responsible for the successful strategic planning and day-to day facilities operations and maintenance.
- Communicates clearly to senior management for all facilities-related matters
- Create, manage, and monitor supplier contracts to ensure high standard service and KPI's are followed
- Ensure compliance with H & S regulations
- Assisting in the identification of performance improvement opportunities
- Ensuring the timely delivery of accurate KPI data / reports
- Developing and implementing effective communications plans to engage with stakeholders that are impacted by change or improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous facilities management experience within a professional services or similar environment
- Facilities Management qualification preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
