- 1+ Years of commercial maintenance experience
- High school Diploma

Day-to-Day

On a daily basis, this person will be performing General Maintenance for the site including but not limited to light maintenance on Utilities and building repairs and upgrades. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with building maintenance for a large commercial or industrial building, any experience working with Utilities Equipment including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical is preferred.

This is a day shift role with opportunity for overtime and advancement

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
