Job description

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks., including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, etc., general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas
• Repair, maintain all facilities
• Maintenance of HVAC systems, including filters, and system inspections
• Maintenance of Electrical systems, including switches, fixture inspections, cleaning, filament replacements, etc.
• Coordinate deliveries, assembly, installation, etc.
• Maintenance of Executive vehicles, including washing, detailing, fueling, etc.
• Assist with all events set up and tear down
• ·Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Construction trade experience, Painting, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, etc.
• Possess a valid California driver's license and be insurable by the company
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in an efficient and organized manner independently
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, pro-active

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions:

• Ability to push/lift 75 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
• Working in high noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
