Scopo e AttivitÃ
FAMI is currently looking for a Marketing Support and Product Development Specialist included within the HR, Business Support and Operations area. The role is focused on supporting the production of marketing materials used by commercial and distribution structures. In addition, the Specialist will also support the Head of Desk in all projects and activities related to the launch of new products (for example new mutual funds to be managed internally or to be delegated to third parties), to the review of existing products (for example changes in investment policy, merger between funds, etc.).
The Specialist will have to interact with all relevant subjects - both internal to the organization and/or external - in order to execute the specific tasks assigned to carry out each project within the defined deadline.
Tasks:
- Attend all relevant meetings in order to analyze existing products / new products and define which interventions should be carried out
- Support all the activities necessary to implement new products / modify existing products if needed also supporting the Project Manager (PMO) towards the relevant offices both internal and external to the Company involved in the project
- Ensure the orderly and timely execution of the tasks assigned with reference to the specific project activities
- Report any misalignment from the predefined deadlines to the Head of Desk with indication of possible corrective actions
- Support the preparation of presentations for each Committee / meeting in order to represent the progress of each specific project
- Support the marketing communication activities following the priorities received

Esperienza Richiesta
3 to 5 years' experience in product development and marketing support activities within the financial industry
Competenze Richieste
- Bachelor's degree in business / economics / finance
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of all technical functions and processes in preparatory activities for the launch of new products
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations for the development of UCITS funds and of the operating models prevalent in the market
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Knowledge of French would be an additional advantage
- Proven ability to participate in complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple strategic objectives in the marketing support and product development area
