Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join team at PMG Gresham. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, and case management team. This collaborative and collegial group is focused on providing Culturally Competent Care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient populations. Situated between Portland, the Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood, Gresham is one of the largest suburbs to the east of Portland, OR.

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE at 4 or 4.5 days per week
• Monday to Friday, variable days, daytime hours
• Ideal candidate will have an interest in seeing all ages, although IM physician seeing adults only is also available.
• MAT waiver helpful though not required
