Olive Branch Family Therapy, PLLC has the goal of "bringing peace to life" by providing quality mental health in our community. We have been serving our community for five years and have earned a great reputation. We are looking for experienced clinicians to join our thriving practice in Holly Springs, NC. We are inviting independently or provisionally licensed therapists (LMFT/LCMHC/LCSW/LCA) to apply for a position providing in-person therapy and teletherapy services. We are proudly located in a fully renovated building designated a historic property by the town of Holly Springs. With its charming hardwood floors and original woodwork the building provides the perfect relaxed setting for our clients to do their therapeutic work. The space also includes fully furnished offices, hot beverage bar, clinician access to appliances, high speed internet access (both ethernet and wifi) in all 6 offices, a play therapy room and a conference room for groups, continuing education, and clinical training.
Duties include: providing therapy (with individual, couples, and families), psychosocial diagnostic evaluations using the DSM-5-TR, treatment planning, timely clinical documentation of progress notes, provide theory informed evidence based clinical interventions that meet industry standards for clinical care, discharge planning at termination of therapy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- Full, independent, unrestricted license to practice therapy in North Carolina [social work (LCSW), counseling (LCMHC), or marriage and family therapy (LMFT)] required
- Candidates with a provisional license to practice under approved supervision (LCSWA, LCMHC-A, LMFTA) will be considered however ONSITE SUPERVISION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent record-keeping ability
- Must be able to participate on a clinical team with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work with a variety of populations
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and competence in the provision of therapeutic services
- Experience working with a variety of DSM-5-TR diagnoses with ability to modify treatment approach as needed
**Preference for candidates who have availability on evenings and weekends.
This is a W-2 position. Benefits include:

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
