POSITION PROFILE
1. Identification
Job title: Field Service Technician – Fiberglass Tub Repair
Department: Warranty and Technical Service
Reports to: Manager – Field Service Manager
Date: 5/15/2023
2. Position summary
Under the authority of the Manager – Process Improvement, the Field Service Technician (FST) acts as the liaison between ABG and our customers.
Responsible for inspecting and repairing bath ware products at our customer’s warehouse, job site or homeowner’s place, the FST is also accountable to answer customer needs within established standards, policies, and corporate values.
3. Primary responsibilities
1. Inspect and repair all product sold to our customers in a timely manner allowing to be sold.
2. While on site, provide technical assistance to customers, makes analysis of the problems, and finds solutions in respect of the objectives of the service.
3. Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.
4. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service to customers.
6. Build positive relationship with our valued customers.
7. Produce, input, and update various documents and reports related to the department's performance indicators; verify the accuracy of the data.
8. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
9. Other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
4. Professional skills/Qualifications
1) Minimum level of education and/or specialization:
Ø High School degree completed.
2) Minimum relevant experience required:
Ø 2 years experience in a relevant position
3) Valid Drivers License
4) Background check required
5) Specific skills (skills required to successfully fill the position)

Ø Plumbing knowledge an asset
