About us
Mobility City is the premier mobility equipment repair company in the US today. We provide service to veterans, seniors and the physically challenged via our mobile service vans and experiential showrooms. Our experienced technicians visit people’s homes or institutions to fix wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, lift chairs and more. In addition, we provide “white glove” delivery on behalf of all of the major internet sellers.
Responsibilities:
1. White Glove Delivery of mobility equipment
a. Equipment already assembled, tested and loaded safely for transport to client’s home
b. Equipment details and demonstrated on site at the time of delivery
c. Questions answered
2. Service
a. Battery testing and replacement
b. Charger testing and replacement
c. Sanitization process completed
d. Testing and Adjustments made on mobility equipment,
3. Repair
a. Installation of controls, motors and other replacement components
b. Troubleshooting of issues, including communication with manufacturer’s technical support lines to identify the problem and determine best course of action to remedy the situation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
