Here’s What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Maintain and enforce safe work practices.
  • Evaluate performance and set goals for Field Service Team Members and Sub-Contractors.
  • Manage all open field service projects to assure timely and accurate communication to customers and deployment of required resources.
  • Interface between engineering and production on drawing and specification issues.
  • Review all invoices for accuracy and provide detailed coding for continuing analysis of project costs and overall trends.
  • All managerial aspects for Graham Field Service employees. Responsible for time sheets, appraisals, coaching, corrective action, etc.
  • Interface with material suppliers on quality issues and drive satisfactory resolution of issues in coordination with Procurement team members.
  • Act as the primary field quality resource for Project Management and Sales functions
  • Represents the Company in resolving quality issues with sales representatives and customers.
  • Effectively handle conflicts with customers, general contractors, and industry consultants.
  • Responsible for professional written and oral communication on all quality and field service matters.
  • Provide detailed analysis of Field Service root causes. Present analysis and recommended changes to General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager for review with engineering and/or implementation.
  • Participation in Design for Manufacture process to communicate field service and plant manufacturing issues and consider solutions.
  • Travel required up to 40 percent.
  • Will be required to work at heights on man lifts and/or scaffolding.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • College Education helpful but not required
  • 5 or more years experience in window/curtain-wall industry or closely related field
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior management of hourly employees, and sub-contractors
  • OSHA 30 hour or 40 hours preferred but not required.
