Role Purpose:

Reporting directly into the Commercial Analysis and Planning Manager, the role is for a Finance Analyst who will be responsible for a number of non-financial metrics that are key measurements in the telecommunications industry. The Finance analyst will also be performing some deep dive analysis activities for the Commercial Analysis & Planning team.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the Mobile and Fixed Base Reporting within Vodafone Ireland which is key for ensuring that we are correctly reporting our customer base numbers in each segment.
Quarterly submission of key inputs to Communication Regulators for all non – financial elements for including customer base.
Responsibility for Single Customer level reporting which relates to preparing granular customer analysis for the business.
Key performance indicator project management, submission and issue resolution.
Monthly reporting of 3G/4G/5G & Smartphone numbers
Accountable for PREV(local reporting tool) management, which is model utilised by the finance department for measuring actual results against detailed budged.
Finance representative for the BI Board Requests. This will require project management skills to ensure all appropriate data is obtained from a wide variety of stakeholders
Greensheet verification. Quarterly verification that the Greensheets match back to reported HFM numbers.
Assist in the preparation of monthly rolling forecast and yearly budgets for both the Consumer and Business segments
Ad Hoc monthend analysis and deep dive of trends. Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity within the Business.

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

Part qualified Accountant or Finance Graduate looking to obtain an ACCA qualification.
The ability to distinguish key insights from data to provide to management, which will in turn facilitate strategic decisions.
An effective communicator who can communicate effectively both cross-functionally and to senior management
An individual with a growth mindset who is open for new challenges.
