We are hiring for a Financial Project Administrative Assistant to work in our Salt Lake City, UT office.
Job Scope

Administrative support for the Finance PMO
-
Carries out administrative processes and procedures, suggests and makes improvement to administrative processes where possible
-
Prepares professional and accurate project-related documents and establishes and maintains project files to ensure document control through the project process.

Assemble, compile and type project-related documents and correspondence.
-
Maintain accurate project files in accordance with established procedures system.
-
Coordinate administrative planning with the appropriate managers and project team to meet scheduled completion dates.
-
Schedule meetings, conference rooms; conference and video calls through Outlook.
-
May be required to take, transcribe and distribute meeting notes.

Other duties may be assigned.
What you bring
-
College or university level education required.
-
2 years previous secretarial/administrative work experience in Engineering or Technical environment.

Experience handling administrative work as a support for mutiple projects
-
Prior experience working with ERPs
-
Must have excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.

Microsoft office as a user (excel, word, power point)
-
Detail oriented
-
Follow instructions and can work with minimal supervision

Team player
-
This is a contract position with the possibility to become permanent
