Mission

Ø Financial business partner to the marketing, sales, sourcing & production departments.

Ø Assist with brand and account profitability

Ø Assist with review and preparation of annual budget & latest estimated budgets

Ø Improve the processes used to create forecasts and analyze historical data

Ø Partner with finance to streamline and improve the month end closing process

Ø Timely and accurate board reporting

Essential Responsibilities and Authority

Ø Assist with planning & forecasting efforts (Annual Budget & LE)

Ø Utilize the Infor datalake to enhance financial reporting and analytics

Ø Establish monthly meetings with department heads to review monthly financial performance compared to budget.

Ø Establish guidelines, metrics and benchmarking for sales all departments.

Ø Prepare margin analyzes

Ø Analyze inventory in relation to turns/sku profitability

Ø Assist with managing royalty reporting & forecasting

Ø Sales and product trend analysis and reporting

General Capabilities

Ø B.S. degree in Accounting/Finance/Accounting Information Systems

Ø Technical proficiency and/or SQL programming knowledge a plus

Ø Strong skills in Excel

Ø Experience with cloud platforms like Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau, and etc

Ø CPA or MBA degree a plus

Ø Minimum of two years of financial experience

Ø Manufacturing/Apparel/Consumer Products experience preferred

Ø Ability to work autonomously, deal with and interact at the executive management level and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
