Position Description: Floating Facility Manager

National Storage Solutions, a top performer in the Self-Storage Industry, is seeking an experienced Self Storage Manager. This qualified candidate will help oversee the sales and operations of a store level within a team environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Store Managers in managing local storage facilities and help with development and execution of sales and operational goals. The Floating Manager will help the Store Manager oversee local marketing, while helping build relationships with local business leaders to promote our services, and help to promote the companies brand within the community.

Qualifications for an Assistant Facility Manager

• Operational experience in the Self-Storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to travel A MUST- Tulsa/Sapulpa, OK
• Ability to prepare rental agreements with customers
• Customer service
• Experience with sales and administrative duties
• Possess a high level of problem solving skills
• Help develop and execute effective marketing plans
• Experience in coaching and training employees towards states goals
• Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted
• Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses is a plus
• Will handle landscaping between facilities

Willingness and ability to travel between BOTH FACILITIES A MUST

• High School Diploma
