• Maintain expert knowledge of our food offerings, recipes, procedures, and proper presentation.
• Demonstrate expertise by communicating with guests and answering any questions about ingredients in dishes.
• Work closely with service staff and kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Follow the pace of each table and ensure servers are not rushing or lagging tables.
• Show the staff genuine care and respect while pushing them to move faster, but remain efficient.
• Maintain ability to keep calm under pressure and be the anchor of the restaurant.
• Read tickets and get each order out in a timely manner.

• MUST have at least 6 months of similar experience
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• MUST be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
• MUST be able to lift up to 55lbs.
• MUST have excellent customer service skills
• MUST have excellent attendance!
