Element Eatery is a new high-end food hall in Madisonville, we have 8 unique restaurants and a full bar inside! We are looking for employees who have a customer service mindset, are a team player, and want to work in a new fun environment. We are willing to train in all areas for the right candidate!

General Responsibilities:
Our different positions perform any combination of the following duties to facilitate food service:
- Greeting guests as they enter, and providing the highest level of customer service possible.
- Answering any initial questions.
- Organizing third-party delivery & to-go orders, as well as ensuring they are given out to the correct guest or driver.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with the service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Knowledge of restaurants in the building.
- Helping maintain the cleanliness of the building by:
- Carries dirty dishes from the dining room to stalls or waste areas.
- Wipes table tops and seating to ensure a clean eating environment.
- Supervises the amount of waste being accumulated in the disposal area and empties trash as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not necessary.
