Position: Cook Staff - Dietary / Hospital
Pay: $22 - $23/hr
Hours: 2nd Shift
Location: San Diego, CA
COVID: Must be fully Vaccinated

This is a contract to possible hire position or possible contract extension

Job Description:

• prepares and cooks simple foods according to standardized menus, recipes, or verbal instructions from the supervisor.
• Duties include use of grills, char-broilers, ovens, tilt grills, steam kettles, steam ovens, choppers, blenders, slicers, and other various and specialty pieces of kitchen equipment

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 2 to 5 years prior skilled food preparation/service experience
• Knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
