Are you an experienced Forman/Woman looking for a new challenge with residential construction experience? Looking to relocate to Galway City?

My client is actively recruiting a foreman/woman for a residential project based in Galway. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years and more experience with a main contractor.

• Ability to complete and finalise residential properties.

• Liaise with sub-contractors to complete unit by unit in a timely manner.

• Manage the entire snagging process on time and within budget.

• Deliver snagged units to an agreed schedule

• Good eye for defects and ensure they are dealt with by the relevant trade.

• The Finishing Foreman should be a Site Manager capable of working alone on an Apartment Accommodation project or as part of a team on larger projects.

• Prior experience on high quality finishes in particular Apartment Accommodation would be desirable.

• Must be up to date with all safety and regulatory construction training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €40,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
