Deliver a customer centric shopping experience by managing an effective Sales Floor and Framing operations and expectations. Drives custom framing sales by building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Major Activities
Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold the team accountable for store conditions and results
Serve as Manager on Duty
Achieve role-specific performance measures
Help customers shop, locate the product they are looking for, and provide solutions
Lead recovery efforts to deliver a clean and organized store to company standards
Conduct cash reconciliation and bank deposits
Lead and execute shrink and safety programs
Assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training/onboarding of new team members; support with Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Mgmt. activities of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serves as a role model for others
Oversee Frame Shop and assigned Departments; ensure all policies and procedures are followed in those areas
Leads the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager
Manage sales and production workload and build effective plans
Manage the visual merchandising standards in store and execution of feature space and seasonal layouts; execute inventory management processes as assigned
Assist with Ad Set process and Daily Deals
Regular and prompt attendance
Complete any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Minimum Type of experience the job requires
Basic computer skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Preferred Type of experience the job requires
Previous custom framing experience is preferred
Retail management experience
Physical Requirements
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
Ability to move throughout the store
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Work Environment
Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings
