We're seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support for our clients. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out, and process payments
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel or resort environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
