Front Desk Attendant


As the Front desk attendant, you will be responsible for all Guest check-in/ Check out, Cleaning of the bowling center, and assist the maintenance manager with daily lane maintenance, nightly cash drawer audits, and any special tasks assigned by management. The #1 Job of the front desk attendant is to create a positive experience for every guest that comes in our doors.


Common tasks

  • Guest Relations #1
  • Guests check-in/ check out
  • Bar/ Tavern taking orders, making drinks, and cooking food when bar staff not present
  • When bar staff is present assist with changing kegs, stocking, and cooking during busy times.
  • Daily and nightly cleaning lists
  • League organization (Informing Open bowlers of league opportunities, capturing bowler information for future leagues)
  • League score entry/ Records
  • League/ Tournament Promotion
  • Monitoring all lanes to ensure machines are operating normally, and that bowlers are bowling in a safe manner
  • Minor repairs of lane machines (clearing pins in the gutter, dead wood, 180, deck jams, scorer console repair, and any other mechanical issues)
  • Scorer changes and roster changes during league
  • Partner with management on special tasks
  • Assist Pro Shop Manager in Pro Shop with Sales of equipment and taking in equipment for repairs.


Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.50 - $16.00/hour.
