Front Desk Medical Receptionist

  • Ensure that each patient receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every patient.
  • Maintaining outstanding standards, solid product & program knowledge, and all other aspects of customer services. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone
  • Utilizes our busy phone system to answer and appropriately route all incoming calls
  • Collect payment at time of service
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges
  • Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies
  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
