Front Desk Job Description
We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our front desk. You're responsible for regularly welcoming customers and eagerly answering any questions they may have. Also address customer's complaints and issues to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
Job Summary
- Providing guests with comprehensive and professional guidance regarding spa procedures and services.
- Booking all spa treatments
- Retail sales
- Checking in and checking out
- Multitasking
- Complete the daily report
- Proceed the insurance verification for patient
- Spa Attendant - Maintain/ Clean the common area
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
