Fitness front desk/ receptionist - Edgewater Location
We are seeking to hire a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Fitness team. If you have a friendly attitude with a passion to deliver great customer service, we want to hear from you.
We need cheerful staff, to work in a relaxed atmosphere
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and understand the phone system
* Greet members (with surnames)
* Check-in all members
* Distribute towels, robes, locker keys .
* Assist members with needs
* Inform members about services/products
* Be familiar with all opening and closing procedures
* Provide administrative assistance when needed
* Be aware of all activities in the Fitness Center
* Be knowledgeable about the fitness menu
* Report to work appropriately dressed and on time
* Attend meetings as required

* English and Spanish (Required)
