A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST / KEY TECHNICIAN

As a Front Desk Receptionist / Key Technician, you arrive each day determined to provide quality and efficient customer service to each client. You play an essential role in establishing trust with potential customers and maintaining relationships with returning customers. Ready to help, you cut keys and program key fobs for clients while resolving concerns both in person and over the phone.

As you greet customers warmly, you listen carefully and ensure that their needs are addressed. You learn about the products and services we offer and stay aware of inventory levels. You thrive in this supportive environment where there are always people to help as well as phones to answer!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST / KEY TECHNICIAN

• 1+ years of experience running a front desk, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position at our car dealership typically works 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday, and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturdays. NO SUNDAYS. You get one day off during the week and can come in late at 10:00 am after your day off!
