You as a Front of House team member serve as the face and first impression of the Toppling Goliath Brand. The key responsibility of this role is to serve our guests with the highest level of Hospitality. This role will work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure all guests receive world-class beer, food and service. No Experience, no problem…we are willing to train the right person.

Physical Demands: This is a physical role and requires being on your feet for most of the shift. Ability to maneuver stairs carrying trays up to 30+pounds. May be required to buddy lift a ½ barrel of beer (full is around 160 pounds).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work We are hiring for part-time and seasonal positions. Expected hours have the potential to change based on business needs. This position is based out of Decorah, Iowa. This job operates in a fast-paced environment and is constantly interacting with guests and other team members.
