Qualifications for this position:

The ideal candidate will have good time management skills, experience handling administrative tasks and electronic filing, a high level of autonomy, responsiveness, and is a good team player

Organizational skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to respond to changing workloads and priorities is essential

Exceptional customer service skills and passion for serving others

Skilled in operating phones, computers, and basic IT systems

Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner

High proficiency in oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates strong active listening skills

Positive and professional attitude

The capacity to maintain confidentiality is critical and understanding of HIPAA

High school diploma or equivalent education required

A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an office setting

Mental health fields and insurance knowledge is a plus

Previous experience with the Google Drive is a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performing receptionist duties to support practice operations

Answering phones and emails

Helping schedule, reschedule, cancel current clients

Entering updated demographic and insurance information

Explaining policies to patients as needed

Assisting in collecting client balances

Entering data from insurance EOBs

Helping keep work and waiting areas clean, tidy and organized

Helping maintain office supplies inventory

Assist other office staff and clinicians with various tasks as requested

Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and some Saturday mornings. Hours flexible between 8 am and 8 pm.

Where: Brecksville location

Someone who is able to talk with clients about finances and collect payments. Attention to detail is a plus!
