FT- WEEKDAY (DSP) RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISORFT- WEEKDAY (DSP) RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a Residential Supervisor to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home in Howard County. The candidate will also provide hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities by aiding with personal hygiene, maintain accurate medical records, oversee medical appointments, staffing supervisions, activities/ outings, shopping, planning their daily routines like, assisting with participation and exploration of the community, cultivating, and expanding independent living skills, assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships, implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals and other duties as assigned.
As a Richcroft Residential Supervisor part of your role will be implementing the individual’s PCP and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives. You will maintain all records, including but not limited to implementing the Nurse Plan of Care (including g-tube feeding and gait belt use). transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, daily logs, banking, attendance, and transportation.
This position is Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm (working with ladies)
Paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification!
