FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Fuse Financial Partners is hiring for our client, a multi-company business, in the greater Rock Hill, SC area. They are seeking a full-time FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER that likes a bit of variety in their accounting day.

The position will support all entities, including property management, realty, and a law firm. The majority of the bookkeeping work, however, is for the property management company.

Essential Functions:

● Prepare documents such as sales tax returns, monthly reports, and financial statements
● Responsible for input of Accounts Payables and Receivables for the multiple companies
● Correspond with vendors and customers, respond to inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
● Ensure that all invoices have been properly authorized for payment
● Match and process credit card payments
● Provide bookkeeping support for smaller entities to include a Law Firm and Realty company
This position reports to the Controller and CEO

Qualifications: Individual must be detail oriented, possess strong computer and math skills with familiarity in accounting software. Must be very organized, comfortable with working with multiple entities, and be able to learn multiple financial applications.
This client uses Xero accounting software along with AppFolio and BrokerWolf

Education/Experience Requirements: Associates orBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or 3 years experience in the accounting field.

Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday. This is an in-office position

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
