South Shore is looking for a Full-Time Housekeeping/LaundryThe primary purpose of this position is to perform the day-to-day activities of housekeeping/Laundry as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the facility is maintained clean, safe, and comfortable, and to assure that an adequate supply of linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the residents.
Job Description for Housekeeping/Laundry:
The Housekeeping/Laundry Position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all surfaces within the facility by following Janitor policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications Required for Housekeeping/Laundry:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Previous Healthcare setting experience preferred
