Job description
Metes & Bounds Management Company, a Minneapolis based property management firm of 45+ years, is currently seeking a full time maintenance technician for Park Park Point and Lynn Plaza Apartments in Saint Louis Park. We offer a competitive salary and benefits and a $500.00 sign on bonus after 30-days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance of apartments; including, carpentry, minor electrical and HVAC.
- Strong plumbing skills
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Complete monthly turnovers
- Assist other Maintenance Technicians in the metro area
- Work on special projects as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Boiler's license required. Second class preferred
- Pool license
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
