Essential Functions:

Performs job functions in a manner

consistent with the mission and goals of Always Best Care Memphis.

Demonstrates an awareness of, respect

for and attention to the diversity of our clients, staff and caregivers with

whom they interact; that is reflected in attitudes, behavior and services.

Routinely engages with caregivers to

determine availability of scheduling. Completes schedules, staffing assignments

in a timely manner and responds to calls to action in a timely manner.

Prioritize and schedule open shifts; find coverage for all time off requests

and any last-minute cancellations. Communicates scheduling changes to client and

staff. Utilizes an automated scheduling system to maintain a scheduling needs.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in customer service and/or scheduling.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Can pass a criminal background check.
• Valid Driver's
• License / Reliable Transportation.
• Prior office experience in Home Care *preferred

Pay: $15.75 - $16.25 / hour
