WHO WE NEED:
Energetic and enthusiastic Remote Call Center Telesales Agents with outbound call center sales experience to help generate sales for our company. Agents should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding daily quotas by successfully making appointments and transfers. This is a fast-paced position, so the ability multi-task under busy conditions while maintaining composure is essential. This role will start at $14.00 - $15.00 per hour depending upon experience with the potential for uncapped incentive earnings based upon your performance.
Agents must be comfortable on the phone and email, dealing with complaints, doubts and upset customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for making outbound calls to consumers who have previously filled out an online form (and requested we contact them for a free mortgage rate quote).
- Meet and exceed personal goals for incentive pay, the better your performance, the higher your incentive rate. Additional incentive detail provided during training.
- Follow scripted redirects when handling different objections; ability to think and respond quickly and unscripted (but on message) when needed.
- Keep customer on the phone to complete transfer to mortgage company.
- Record notes in system as needed.
- Attend and participate in company outings, contests and team projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

SHIFT DETAILS:
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 9:00pm ET
- Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm ET
- Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm ET
Individual shifts to be agreed upon hiring; including Morning, Midday, and Late. All schedules will include a rotating, mandatory Saturday shift from 10am - 3pm ET) one to two times per month.
PAY RATE: $14.00 - $15.00 / hour depending upon experience
ANTICIPATED START:
We are looking to start this full-time position on Monday, March 27th.
Training will have a part-time schedule for the first two weeks of Monday - Friday, 1pm - 4pm ET.

Requirements:
WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU IF:
- 1+ experience in an outbound call center environment, certain inbound experience may be considered equivalent, but experience must include sales and an incentive based environment.
- Experience following a sales process based on a script.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell and upsell consumers.
- Consistent, dependable and strong track record of attendance.
- Ability to stay focused and professional while handling consumer requests and rejection.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if needed at times.
- You MUST live in one of these states, as these are the ONLY states we are hiring in at this time:
- Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.
- If located in Southeast MI, near the office, this position will revert to an in-house position when the company returns to the physical call center.
