Where will you be working: Jack & Jones is one of Europe's leading producers of Menswear with more than 1000 stores across 38 countries. We are currently looking to recruit a flexi keyholder for our store in OMNI shopping centre . The ideal candidate will be a fashion forward individual who is looking to build a career in Retail.

• Role & Responsibilities:- Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store.- Required to lead by example at all times and maintain a sales driven mind-set.- Responsible for assisting store manager with product training, Jack & Jones service concept training and the overall training and development of the team.- Liaising with both the store manager and the head office team in relation to certain aspects of the business.
• Necessary Skills/Experience:- Previous experience in a similar role/in a fast paced fashion retail environment is essential.- Proven track record of both motivating and managing a team.- Proven track record of achieving both sales targets & KPI's.- Proven experience with regard to the training and development of a team.- A desire to succeed is also necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From €11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santry, Dublin 9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
