YOUR ROLE

Aramark Northern Europe is currently recruiting for a General Assistant to join our team in FAS Loughlinstown . The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the highest standard of food quality, presentation and service are achieved and maintained at all times.

**Working shift work, 5 days out of 7 so flexibility is required. Full-time and part-time roles available.
Rate of pay is €10.71 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular HACCP regulations
• Be responsible for the food preparation (not Cooking) and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, deep clean duties
• Have excellent Customer Service
• Have the ability to work on own innovative
• Other duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Qualifications

• Have high personal standards and attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
• Keen interest in developing food preparation skills and culinary knowledge
• Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
• Fluent Oral & Written English.
