General Laborer
Location: Wixom, MI
1st shift - 8am to 430 pm
As a production associate you will be responsible for various levels of production and learning how to operate the necessary machines in order to successfully achieve the task at hand.
Roles & Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines and instructions Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions Be willing to work in a team environment helping team members to accomplish daily production demands Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Help with setting up work areas as needed per supervisor's direction
Minimum Qualifications

Commitment to safety rules Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting medium heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.) Good hand-eye coordination Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus Communication and teamwork skills Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary
