What is Robbins?
Robbins Flooring located in White Lake WI (20 mins from Antigo) is currently hiring full time machine operators and production workers. Here at Robbins we are the leading manufacturer of sports flooring in the world. We specialize in athletic facilities, gymnasiums and professional basketball courts....that's right...we make floors for the NBA!

You’ll find our floors in use at 24 out of 30 NBA teams, countless NCAA programs at each level, plus thousands of schools, churches, and YMCA’s across the US and Canada. Robbins NBA practice courts include; Cavaliers, Lakers, Spurs, Pacers, Bulls, Magic, Pelicans, Hornets, Timberwolves and most recently, the Brooklyn Nets!
15 of 30 NBA Game Floors including Lakers, Wizards, Magic, Pacers and Cavaliers were made by Robbins.

What Exactly is the job?
Machine Operators and General laborers are responsible for operation of a variety of equipment and/or day to day production tasks. While we like to see candidates with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, we are happy to bring in the right candidate that shows willingness and determination to learn and grow!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: May include, but not limited, to the following.

• Ability to Perform or learn a variety of machine operations, cleaning, and assisting with repairs of equipment as a machine operator.
• Ability to learn wood grading and carry out quality control
• Ability Perform frequent checks to assure machine is producing material to spec.
• Have detail to keep a clean and organized work area.
• Help on projects when needed.
• All other duties as assigned
• Ability to Work safely and responsibly at all times

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm. (No Weekends!)

2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30 p.m.- 2:a.m. (No Weekends!)
Please note there could be occasional Overtime on Friday based on production needs, time of year etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour, (+$3.00 shift differential for second shift)
