**PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE**

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overall facility management with emphasis on all aspects of RV rental operations. Other tasks include managing service operations and sales of vehicles retired from the fleet, training in these areas will be provided. Previous RV rental/sales experience is helpful but not required. At least minimum 1-3 years management experience preferably in the car rental industry/fleet management. They responsible for meeting revenue objectives within a team environment and administering to staff. Their responsibilities would include creativity in designing vehicle sales strategies, monitoring employee performance standards and overall planning, operation and management of a high volume rental center. REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • ABILITY TO TRAVEL OR RELOCATE
  • Must possess a true commitment to drive sales and providing excellent customer service, and be a hardworking team player with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
  • Minimum 1-3 years management experience.
  • Superior people development and communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis and the use of personal computers (Excel / Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Must be willing to complete/pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen prior to hire.
