General Manager

General Manager:

We look to our General Managers to inspire, train and develop their team on a daily basis. The General Manager is responsible for providing leadership and focus for the restaurant on a daily basis which includes financials, people development and overall sales.

As the General Manager, you will:

• You will provide daily leadership and development to all team members within the restaurant
• Know and comply with all Luna Grill standard
• Responsible for building restaurant sales, and maintain of budget through the P&L
• Develop weekly schedule that ensures all shifts are covered while maintain labor matrix
• Work with District Manager to recruit, train and orientate new team members
• Work with the District Manager/Human Resources to reduce turnover
• Process all reports in a timely manner

Our General Managers need to:

• Possess the highest form of integrity, trust, and reliability
• Builds a team of top performers by coaching and developing future leaders by providing clear, consistent direction and feedback
• Ensure all team members are properly trained with all Luna Grill training tools provided
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of Luna Grill
• Shows and provides effective leadership and problem-solving skills
• Provides a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
