We are currently seeking a General Technician to join our team at Diamond Rock Terrace in Troy, NY & Carman Senior Living in Schenectady, NY.
As a Vesta General Technician, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas. If you’re the right fit for us you enjoy keeping things neat, clean and tidy, you take great pride in your work and want everyone to notice the personal touch you put on it.
A Vesta General Technician may also help in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, potentially assist with general service requests and other assigned duties.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the property team in providing quality customer service to our residents and administering Vesta’s maintenance programs.

Requirements:Required Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Apartment community experience preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Multilingual a plus. May be required based on property needs.
- Strong customer service philosophy with a CAN-DO attitude.
- Background check and drug screen required.
