QAD is looking for a driven, creative and organized demand generation talent to help our dynamic revenue marketing organization in their aggressive pipeline contribution and revenue growth goals. Reporting to the Director Global Revenue Marketing, Supply Chain, this role is responsible for Supply Chain Revenue Marketing in EMEA, focused on demand generation. While the focus is initially on top of funnel demand generation for the QAD SRM product this role will also collaborate and assist the global Supply Chain marketing group. Responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, advertising, ABM and events to support marketing contribution goals to Sales. This individual contributor role is accountable for agreed-upon lead generation targets (MQ, SAL, Pipeline) and optimized budget spend.


This is position based in Ireland or Spain.


What you will do:

  • Develop marketing plans for the Supply Chain group to deliver demand generation goals that are aligned with our strategy. This includes budget allocations and coverage across target geographies and channels.
  • Execute the marketing plans including campaigns and localization of content and events following an established global Marketing / Sales process within the budget allocated.
  • Collaborate with the Localization team for translations for target markets, local events/webinars, country-relevant messaging, selection of communication channels and targeting data down to the contact level. Develop specific reports/dashboards for each program.
  • Deliver against agreed-upon objective measures for demand generation of Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Accepted Leads and Pipeline Generation. This includes aggregate measures as well as those by geography.
  • Monitor and enhance plans/campaigns through weekly review and reporting to the Director Global Revenue Marketing, Supply Chain. Measure, report, and optimize marketing spending for the greatest return.

Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years experience driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B enterprise software.
  • Professional fluency in English and German is a must for this position.
  • Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics such as email, paid advertising, events and webinars.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends especially in the social and mobile space.
  • Experience with CRM systems. E.g: Salesforce.
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Creative and collaborative.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt and multi-task.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to be part of a rapidly growing and evolving tech company.
  • Willing to travel internationally.
