Implements and controls the operations related to procuring New Goods through corporate material donations and purchasing New Goods.

The Manager of New Goods Acquisition oversees assigned initiatives alongside the DGR team members. Identifies and rectifies potential problems within specific tasks and trains and develops team members to perform designated tasks. Create project goals, monitor progress, and schedule meetings to ensure the initiatives are completed on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manages all aspects of new goods, including strategy, inventory, ordering, vendors, pricing, and distribution.

· Help DGR coordinate with other departments for projects and tasks.

· Works with district and store leadership on the sales floor and performs resets to align with company standards.

· Assists with DGR analysis for data collection and report development.

Bachelor’s degree n business administration or a related field or experience is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows OS and MS Office suites.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends and perform after-hours support to meet business needs.
• Interpersonal skills include telephone, communications, active listening, and customer care.
• Strong organizational skills and being detail, task, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to all sites within the GWSF territory.
