Graphic Designer(HYBRID)- Contract to Hire

Need to work in Hybrid model. Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite so need locals.

This is a 12 month contract position
Hourly Salary Range (based on experience): $20+

The Graphic Designer will work on the design and execution of creative marketing campaigns, which will primarily consist of webpages, landing pages, emails, banners, infographics, sales support pieces, and direct mail materials. You will work closely with all members of our creative team in a collaborative environment, which is diverse and open-minded. You are a self-motivated individual who has the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Experience you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience
• College degree or equivalent in related field; or related work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient on a Mac operating system.
• Solid production skills.
• Need to work in Hybrid model. Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite so need locals.
• Prefer to have Adobe suite, Typography skills, Co-branding, logos design experience.
• Social media experience is super helpful

• Strong typography skills
• Extremely detail oriented and passionate about their career growth
• Able to clearly articulate design decisions and comfortable presenting them (verbal and written)
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
• Able to create new designs for web and print based on established guidelines/wireframes.

What you will be doing:

• Provide support to a team of designers (creating and/or resizing materials for print and web)
• Develop innovative creative solutions for clients. Stay current with design software and aware of technological advances.
• Prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings
• Collaborate closely with UX and Development teams
• Multitask between a variety of mediums in a fast paced environment
• Understand web trends including different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
• Participate in brainstorm sessions and help generate ideas
• Interpret and understand creative briefs, design direction, and brand guidelines
• Manage templates
