Green Building Program Manager
The Multifamily and Commercial Energy Services Team is looking for a Green Verifier and/or green building professional to help our clients achieve National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certification. What You Will Do in This Role
The Green Building Program Manager will work with developers, designers, and GC teams to successfully meet the NGBS standards. Some of your tasks will include:

Review the plan drawings, submittals and other documents, and advise the Project Team on what is needed to meet NGBS requirements.

Allocate point items and maintain an up to date NGBS checklist for each project.

Track and update a portfolio of projects with regular status updates and invoicing.

Troubleshoot field verification issues and questions with the Field Team.

Facilitate virtual and on-site project team meetings.

Travel includes the possibility of overnight trips (1-2 times per month).
Desired Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in fields related to sustainability of the built environment.

Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings for details and specifications.

NGBS Green Verifier is ideal, alternatively it is an asset to have relevant credentials such as HERS Rater, LEED AP, EarthCraft TA and/or Green Globes Professional.

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Background/education in building science, construction and/or sustainability.

The annual salary range is between $60,000 to $70,000, commensurate with skills and experience. We have an outstanding benefits package that includes health insurance, short/long term disability, life insurance, vision, dental, 401(k), paid time off, paid volunteer time, and more.
