Grounds Maintenance job posting
Elkins Lake Recreation Corp is looking for motivated individuals to join our maintenance department. We have a clubhouse, 3 lakes, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, parks, greenbelts, and common areas that are maintained by this department. This position includes tasks such as:
- Maintaining the common grounds by mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure they stay within Elkins Lake standards
- Basic facility inspections to check conditions and report any issues found
- Use of mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, tractors, and other equipment
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines of tasks given
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license, and be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 per hour
