• All equipment/building maintenance and repair.
• Overall cleanliness and set up of our facility.
• You will work with our operations manager to coordinate daily facility set up in preparation for events.
• Manage other part time custodial staff. Add and train staff as we grow.
• Building and grounds upkeep. Lawn care, snow removal, etc.
• Create and follow cleaning and maintenance checklists.

• An eye for detail. Notice what needs to be done and see jobs through.
• Must be physically capable of standing, lifting, climbing, etc.
• You'll be on your feet and active most of the day.
• Must be able to operate lawn care equipment, snow removal equipment, and power tools. The handier the better.
• Basic plumbing, electric, and HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Pride in the facilities under your watch. Clean buildings and functional equipment improve both the customer and employee experience!
